The Who Let the Pugs Out block was designed by our very own Aimee for our 2018 Row by Row block entry. This is a design I love and am very proud of. This kit includes all the fabric to make one 12” x 12” block. We have red, green and blue faces available. All the backgrounds are light. This block is constructed with foundation paper piecing for the background and dog face. The headphones, which are included in the kit, are optional and applied to the block using fusible applique.
